The Space:

Soft ocean breezes drift across the terrace as you watch the Pacific shift in color throughout the day. From the top floor, the sound of the waves rises gently, creating a calm rhythm to accompany slow mornings and evenings outdoors. With open views and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, you can settle into a sense of ease as you move between the living areas, the terrace, and the shoreline below.



The space

This oceanfront penthouse sits on the top floor, offering privacy and an uninterrupted perspective of the coast. Sunlight fills the interiors, and the layout keeps you connected to the surrounding views whether you are preparing a meal, unwinding in the living area, or stepping out to the terrace. A kitchen, dining space, and dedicated workspace support both relaxed stays and remote work, while an in-unit washer adds convenience for longer visits. Central air conditioning and portable fans allow you to adjust the environment to your comfort.



Outdoor living

The private terrace extends the living space outward, with room for outdoor dining, lounging, and taking in the open horizon. A private spa-pool invites slow, restorative moments, and an outdoor shower provides a place to rinse off after time by the water. From the property, you have direct access to the beach, and guests may also enjoy shared use of the outdoor pool and nearby resort facilities. Bikes, a kayak, sun loungers, a hammock, and beach essentials are provided to help you make the most of the coastal setting. A private BBQ grill is available with advance reservation.



Sleeping arrangements and bathrooms

The penthouse accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, each offering designated storage and a comfortable place to unwind after a day outdoors. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with two private baths and access to the outdoor shower. Room-darkening shades add an extra layer of comfort for restful nights.



Kitchen and dining

A kitchen equipped for preparing your own meals allows you to cook at your own pace, whether you are enjoying breakfast before heading to the beach or gathering for dinner on the terrace. A dining table provides space to share meals together, and barbecue utensils are available for use with the private grill.



Amenities and conveniences

WiFi supports streaming or remote work, and the dedicated workspace offers privacy when needed. Families will find thoughtful touches including a paid crib, window guards, and children’s dinnerware. Free parking is available in the garage, subject to availability, and self check-in with a keypad makes arrival simple. Long term stays are allowed, and luggage dropoff is available for added flexibility. Cleaning services can be arranged during your stay.



Services and important notes

The property is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure. Electricity consumption is included based on the season and number of rooms, with excess usage charged according to meter readings. The nightly rate includes 1-5 guests, with an additional cost per extra guest. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Pets are not allowed. Construction activity may be present in the area during the day, and tropical insects are common, so repellent is recommended.



Neighborhood

Located in Nuevo Vallarta, the property sits within a coastal area known for its accessible beaches and warm climate. With direct beach access and nearby resort amenities, you can spend your days by the water, exploring the coastline, or simply relaxing on the terrace as the light fades across the Pacific.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __8__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
