Location: On Via Ischia, 700 meters from the town center and Via Litoranea, in a quiet and panoramic position. All major amenities, such as bars, supermarkets, and restaurants, are just a few minutes' walk away. The Bistrot delle Palme, located within the residence, offers breakfast, aperitifs, hot dishes (also available for takeout). Right in front of the Residence stops the free municipal shuttle to the beaches and to the town center, very convenient, also with evening trips.

Raised ground floor: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
Upper floor: double bedroom with small terrace, second bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower.
