Our stay was decent, but there were several things that could use improvement. The room itself was clean, but it had a strange smell when we first walked in. You can definitely tell the space needs to be updated. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, which made it a little inconvenient. The charging ports in the room were outdated and didn’t work well—plugs kept slipping out. The air conditioner was also older and really needs an upgrade. Even the headboard was flaking, which didn’t leave the best impression. On the positive side, the cost was good for the area, and the location was perfect for what we needed. With a few updates, this hotel could be a much better experience.

Staff member who checked us in was very unhelpful. No eye contact, no greeting, no amenity explanation. Had to ask him about everything he should have covered with a smile. Room furniture was dated and damaged. Dinner was minimally edible though the restaurant staff member was pleasant and helpful. For the price, this should all be MUCH better. 3rd time here - won't be back.
