Dining room seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar, ceiling fans throughout, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Covered deck with furniture and excellent ocean views accessible from master bedroom and living room. Community park grills, picnic table, and seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Unobstructed views of ocean and swimming pool area.

The SSV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Excellent location

Condo was exactly as described, overlooking pool and just short walk to beach. Clean and well supplied for our stay. Definitely would stay here again. Covered parking for 2 cars. Only wish Keurig coffee maker was available, but regular coffee maker worked great.

Beautiful view

It was beautiful. It was also not cleaned well. Dusty ceiling fans in every room. Unclean around toilet where it meets the floor. Couch was sandy. Floor were sandy. Comforters we’re stained on 2 of beds. We bought Clorox spray, washed comforters, and swept! We made the best of it because the beach, the view, the pool were all perfect.

Oak Island/Long beach vacation

Very nice, relaxed community. beautiful beaches, slower pace than the trendier destinations. Nice folks, beautiful sunsets. Accommodations were very nice, and met our needs as advertised. Would definitely do it again. One note, as it is a small community, be aware that everything closes around 9PM except for Domino's. :)
