This OIBV condo was renovated in 2021 to provide a sweet coastal retreat just feet from the soft sand. The unit sleeps five comfortably, with a six-person max occupancy. Other interior features include a flat top stove, wet bar and Whirlpool tub.

This condo has three Amazon Fire TV's (50-inch flat screen TV in the living room and 32-inch TV's in the bedrooms, all with streaming capabilities), wireless internet and a DVD player in the twin bedroom.

Relax on the private balcony with fantastic ocean views. Conveniently located across from the Oak Island Golf Club, the Oak Island Beach Villas condo community features a shared seasonal pool, park grilling area and paved parking.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

The location was great, beautiful ocean view! The property was clean and updated. The only issue was the outside was being painted and we couldn't enjoy the balcony for some of our stay.

Spring Break fun
