Great start to our vacation. Staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Bar area was great too, but lighting was too bright, especially when trying to watch the tv's. Dimmer lightning would also create a more relaxing atmosphere.

Staff took and held our bags before we were able to sign in, and after we signed out for our flight, making each of those days super easy to then walk and travel around. No other hotel has done this for us. Thank you for a great experience!

A nice property…just beware of certain staff!

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Oakland Airport-Alameda was good but the front desk clerk on the first night of my arrival was not very friendly. He only gave me one complimentary bottle of drinking water when there were two guests staying the night. I come from a hospitality background and first impressions do matter and wasn’t too impressed with this clerk’s lack of guest services skills. The management might want to retrain the staff in the Art of Guest Services. My room was clean and very spacious. Overall, I would recommend this property just watch out for some of the front desk staff. Make sure they greet you and give each person staying in the room their own bottle of drinking water.

Always reliable, this is our 7th or 8th time staying at this property when we visit grandkids on Bay Farm. Room is always clean, plenty of space, breakfast always nice options (although plain yogurt would be a plus), so we'll be back!
