Location, location, location! Welcome to this quiet studio, one block from College Ave in Oakland. This is perfect for one person to stay and enjoy one of the best neighborhoods in Oakland.

Experience comfortable living in this charming one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Oakland, just a stone`s throw away from College Ave. This apartment offers a host of amenities designed for a convenient and relaxed lifestyle. It features a washer and dryer within the unit, ensuring that laundry day is a breeze. The available full kitchen, complete with modern appliances, invites you to whip up your favorite meals with ease.

Past tenants have consistently commented on how peaceful and quiet the apartment is—ideal for rest, study, or remote work. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, with no reported issues. We’ve hosted three law students here, all of whom were very happy with their stay and found the space well-suited for both work and relaxation.

Step outside onto the patio and you`ll find yourself surrounded by lush fruit trees, creating a serene and tranquil environment. This listing truly provides a unique blend of comfort and convenience that makes for an ideal living space.

This studio is located behind the main house where we live with our family pup. Guests have their own private entrance. The studio has a queen size murphy bed that is easy to lift out of the way if you want more room in the apartment and then can be pulled down to sleep.

The kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop, a microwave that also works as an oven if you want to bake something. there`s a dishwasher, refrigerator and a stackable washer and dryer.

There`s storage in the studio to store belongings and a desk for an area to work.

You will see us around the property and we ask that guests be respectful of the shared outdoor area. Guests must be okay with a dog as our pup does like to spend time in the outdoor area.

We have heat and an air conditioner which is huge plus in this area. Utilities are included in the price!

Parking is available on the street. A parking permit is required to park on our street, a guest can obtain a parking permit from the city, otherwise there is free unlimited parking on the side streets.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and follow the House Rules. We truly appreciate your understanding—this added step helps protect our home, especially after a few past experiences with guests that resulted in lost time and unexpected costs.

There is a $1000 security deposit that is required and will be refunded if there are no damages.

Guests have access to the entire studio.

I have a property management company available 24 hours for any emergency or questions. We are also available for any questions or concerns.

The Rockridge neighborhood in Oakland is one of the best in the city. We are one block from College Ave. where you can find grocery stores (Trader Joe`s, Market Hall), coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, a library and everything in between.

Rockridge Bart Station is 0.3 miles, less than a 10 minute walk that can take you around the East Bay and into San Francisco.

Street parking is available in the area. To park directly on our street requires a parking pass so most parking can be found 1-3 blocks from the house.

- No parties or events of any kind are allowed here
- Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am
- No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine)
- No space heaters
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling)
- Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use
- No candles or incense allowed
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults listed in your reservation.
- No pets allowed
- Conserve water, California is currently in a drought
- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
- During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
- Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you. We are not responsible for any packages delivered, before, during or after your stay.
- Must be 21 or older to book the apartment
- No guns, firearms or any weapons allowed
- Bookings 30+ nights a lease is required to be signed
