There is no boat marina…it is closed. Why is it advertised in the photos with boats -to make it look more appealing? $18 parking fee in a general open parking lot that was not advertised as a required fee is dishonest, too. The lobby is nice and updated. The rooms are old, rundown and in need of updating colors and furniture. Would not stay again.

Heartbroken faithful customer

Every time I come here I get harassed about where I park I was told by a staff member to park next to the bush in front of the building by the front office/desk because there was no parking when I arrived to check in . I’m handicapped, I was in a major car accident hit by a drunk driver and I have a broken right femur, ankle, and crushed heel which had to be reconstructed and a plate and screws put in it to hold it together so I can barely walk, I stayed here 3 nights in the last week because I live in Modesto and work at San Leandro Kaiser I have spent a lot of money coming here and yall charge for parking but there is never any parking wen I come . And yall will be raising the prices again soon maybe I should find somewhere else to go that don’t charge and has plenty of available parking spaces especially for disabled people

Great, centrally located hotel. Staff was across the board, wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. A nice deck face the water and the empty marina. Breakfast was basic but worked. Is go back. Easy drive to SF, Santa Cruz, and Napa.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not aware that the shuttle service was not 24-hour before arrival, and front desk helped me acquire transportation to the airport for a 3:45 am pick up!

The air conditioning unit of the room we’re stealing was currently not working. The breakfast items provided were limited and we also had to pay for parking during our stay. It’s the first time we’ve experienced this kind of issue. To be honest, we were just passing through the city so overall it was a pretty decent stay.

The rooms are very outdated, no wall plug in by the bed, no safe, but grateful for the fridge and microwave since there is really no food close by other than Mexican and Italian restaurant. the breakfast was a joke. They had cereal, milk, banana, oranges, packed bagel and muffin, and oatmeal. No cream cheese or peanut butter just butter to put on the bagel. The hot tub was out of service and to get a room with balcony or water view it’s $75 plus tax upgrade each night. Lots of broken down cars and sketchy people around the property parking lot. The plus side is free shuttle to the Bart station and oak airport.
