Unfortunately,I was there for four nights! There was no hot water. Water in sink got warm, but shower never. They had a sign to conserve water, but you had to run the shower for ten minutes before it barely was warm. After the first day, I ended up taking sponge baths from the sink!

It was across the street from the auditorium Guelaguetza, which is why we went to Oaxaca, so it was perfect! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean they left it every day, I wasn’t expecting them to clean it.

This is my favorite hotel. I love it! Been coming here for 5 years now. I almost don't want to recommend it so there's space available for me whenever I come (I come 10 times a year). The staff is so accomodating. They're just the best.

It’s already my second stay at this hotel and I really like it! It’s conveniently located, very clean with a little restaurant service breakfast and much in the building. Rooms are very basic, but everything is in working order. Hotel’s little secret: a roof with a gorgeous view of Oaxaca.

This property did not bear any resemblance to the xpedia description. Dishonest advertising. It was poorly maintained and there was no rooftop bar, just a few abandoned chairs and empty bottles. Our room was cramped and in poor repair. We immediately checked out and found another hotel . I agreed to pay for the first night even though we didn't stay and they agreed to refund Me for the other two night but kept making excuses about why they couldn't. Worse, they asked for my bank account number, PayPal account and other accounts, which was suspicious. I took photos of the poor condition of the property.

My stay here was nothing less than great! Excellent location and a very complete hotel. I reserved the room with AC, which was just perfect due to the hot weather. As mentioned prior, the location is excellent.. you may walk literally everywhere
