This renovated quaint 4 bedrooms 2 baths home located in Wilmot Rd, Ocean Beach within a 4 minute walk to the ocean, close to shops and restaurants, is a perfect spot for your family vacation. The sun filled living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a 60 inch TV and a separate dining area. There is a convenient wall unit air conditioner/heater and ceiling fan in every room. The house is decorated with all new midcentury modern style furnishings and both bathrooms have been newly remodeled. Two expansive decks featuring a salt water heated pool, chaise lounges, outdoor sectional sofa set, large grill, and dining for large groups, offer an amazing opportunity for quality time for the entire family (sleeps 8 adults plus a kid or two 🙂)

This home comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your vacation including an office area for the die-hard WFH crowd, WiFi, linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, toaster oven, blender, microwave, coffee maker, a wagon, and beach chairs. Ideally the rental in August is from Monday to Sunday
