Updated, Clean, Quiet! Much recently freshly painted, too! Queen & full (brand new mattress) bed in bedroom w/ TV. Queen Sleeper in Living Room w/ TV. Ocean Views. Quiet side of building/corner on 5th floor- with elevators! View of pool from balcony and some ocean views from unit! Plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Balcony with views of ocean & pool - beach side of Coastal Hwy means quick trip to sand, sun & fun! and if you get tired of the beach, sit poolside for a little bit! Summer season rentals are weekly Sat-Sat; June is available for 2 night minimum stays. You will need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases, and paper products, garbage bags, dishwashing etc (some are initially provided but may be used up by time you arrive), and beach chairs. There is NO grill available- condo unit and it is not permitted. WIFI and Amazon Firestick for TV & access to streaming services - so bring your passwords for what you like to watch! NO smoking.

Furniture is old and had some stains. The carpet in the bedroom needs replacing, had stains. The tub was clogged when we got there, they did fix it the next day. Pool and location are nice. Cleopatra was very responsive.

Nice holiday get away

I have zero complaints about this host/condo. Condo was super clean beautiful view and host responded very quickly when I had any question. My favorite was the balcony….i could sit there all day. I also left my Apple Watch at the rental and it was found and sent back to me! Saved me a lot ! I would love to come back in the future. Also it was just me and a friend but the condo is very spacious.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! There was one issue. Two of the mattress covers were very stained with large yellow splotches when we got there. We washed them, and I made the host aware. Also, guests need to bring all of their own supplies (sheets, towels, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap). The host said these are available for those who book at the beginning of the summer, but these items weren’t there during our stay the first week of August. The host was great with communication and gave very fast responses to questions we had. Great location - close to the beach, food, and fun activities!

Lovely place!

This was our second stay and I would book again. Cleo is very responsive and great to work with! Pros - Easy entry, nicely decorated, close to the beach, great views, lots of light! Cons - The stove/oven a was a little slow to heat up and the double bed could use an upgrade; we found it uncomfortable and the springs would creak every time we moved.

Clean & Convenient

We found rental to be very clean and convenient to many nice restaurants and shopping. Beach Barrels across the street was a fun spot for drinks/music. The B Bus will take you anywhere you want to go. Always so much to do in Ocean City. This rental is perfect for a couple.

We enjoyed our stay here. It could have been cleaner when we arrived. It also could have been better equipped. We had some trouble with the access code, but host was responsive and it was handled immediately. Location and access to the beach was great!

Family getaway for the win!

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. Beach was clean, quiet and very easy to walk to (even when carrying beach bags AND a sleepy cranky 2-year old). The building staff and property owner were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo was very clean and has everything you need- a full kitchen and full bathroom and ample comfy seats on the chairs and couches. The queen bed was also very comfortable. The owner Cleopatra was very quick to respond and very nice! I will definitely be staying again if it's available!
