Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put used towels and sheets on the floor by closet in kitchen before you leave. Keep the comforter on the bed with the pillows. Thank You!
Garbage goes in the dumpster in the parking lot. Thank you!

Please NO smoking, I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke.
No towels are allowed on the railings on porch to dry, this is a Condo policy. Please drape towels over chairs.
Please use hose to rinse off the sand on your feet / body, at the 1st stairwell. Thank You
