1st trip to Ocean City, MD

Over all the say was amazing, few minor things like vending machines not working, bathtub was a little dirty, stove top was a little greasy, door knobs had to be fixed / changed from wear and tare, over all it felt like home, staff was kind and friendly very welcoming

Disapointing for a a 4 star hotel, especially the very unfriendly and cold reception you get from the from desk staff as if you are inside a DMV not a 4 star hotel like the hilton. Also they did not have enough parking spaces available for all the guests when they were doing lobby renovations since they stored all of their equipment in parking spaces with yellow tape, and refused to help those including myself who did not have a parking space available due to their renovations which is completely Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel ! So i had to park on the street and pay the meter tolls. Of course the hotel still charged me their 10$ daily parking fee even though they knew they had no parking apaces available for me !! Good location near the beach and all that but thats it. Also all the staff is foreign and that goes for the enitre town of ocean city, ALL the employees who work Ocean City now except a few family owned local businesses are all DEI foreign visa migrant employees who have ZERO HOSPITALITY skills. Wont be staying in Ocean City NO MORE. It should be called the hilton oceanfront "International" Hotel !!

There are two things I didn't like first and foremost the $10 per day for parking and also there were two bottles of water on the table in the hotel room if you wasn't a member they would charge you a $1.50 each, No discount if you have an handicap plaque on parking, you should have good spring water like Poland spring if you want people to pay for the two bottles of water.

Decent but when i went down they didnt have enough parking spaces for the residents be ause they used 20 open parking spaces for recent renovations to their lobby area. This left some of the guests out in THE DIRT without any help or even a decent answer as to why they didnt have enough parking (which they already paid for !!!!!!). Everything else was fine except the parking so i suggest avoid staying here until after they are actually finished with their renovations.

My wife little man and I stayed here for 2 nights and at first our hot water wasn’t working so we had to drag everything to another room. The front desk did give us a gift card credit to the restaurant for inconvenience which was very nice. There is a lot of construction going on so things were unavailable at the time because they’re getting ready for the summer. Overall good experience.
