The kitchen is also equipped with stainless steel appliances for all of your cooking needs. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom one and two both have queen beds. There's also a queen sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Both bedrooms have smart TVs so you can enjoy your favorite streaming services(you will need to login with your own credentials). You'll also enjoy central air conditioning, cable TV, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and 2 assigned parking spaces. You can also relax on the large balcony so there's plenty of room for everyone. This condo is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator. It is also in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars including Seacrets, Macky's, 45th St. Taphouse and also mini golf, shops, etc. This great condo is in the perfect location for your beach vacation!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $104.95. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
