The Ritz building is located at the end of the street right at the bay and is somewhat separated from the buildings surrounding it making for a private and personal experience. As you enter you ll immediately take note of the attention to detail in this very bright and airy condominium. Fresh and comfortable decor throughout including a unique concrete kitchen counter top. An open design will allow everyone to take in the sights as well as the conversation. The large patios provide unobstructed views which make for some of the best bay watching available, not to mention the sunsets! The primary bedroom has it s own private deck as well looking across the bay. If you like privacy with views, this is the place for you. As always in Ocean City, MD., you re right around the corner from food, shopping and of course, a short walk to the beach.
