The well-appointed kitchen comfortably seats six at the dining table with additional counter seating for four, making meals and gatherings effortless. The large private primary bedroom is tucked at the end of the hall for added privacy. Both bathrooms feature remodeled tile showers, with the second bathroom conveniently located directly across from the second bedroom. The 9400 Building provides everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, secured building entry, and one assigned parking space. You're within easy walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and just steps from the sand.

Beautiful & Quiet

This property is beautiful and nicely furnished. As long as you don't look under the beds or at some of the vents, it was also sparkling clean when we arrived. It is well taken care of and of course the view is wonderful. I had to wait a bit before checking in as the agent was doing something else, but after that it was smooth. The door lock was frustrating and took time to open then door and then also to remove the key from the lock. When we first tried we could not get in and had to go back downstairs to get the agent who then showed us how to use it. It was off season, so I am guessing it was quieter than usual, but an event had been planned for the weekend, so many people were in town and it was very quiet in the condo. The weather was bad, so we spent a lot of time in the condo, so it really helped that it was so great. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Labor Day weekend

Enjoyed a short 3 day Labor Day weekend in OC with our family of 5. 9400 building is in a nice area and north of the very busy area near the boardwalk. Condo was nicely decorated and steps away from the beach.

Overall good experience, very overpriced for what it was, the photos of the back patio are not accurate and I messaged the host 2 times about it and she refuses to respond to me asking her why the photos are different than the actual furniture. So that annoyed me.

Mini Week in OC

The condo was perfectly located in North OC and within walking distance to many great restaurants. We had an ocean & bay view from the condo and could see both sunrise and sunsets each day. The only thing I'll mention is that the pictures of the deck aren't accurate. There isn't a couch/coffee table/chairs. It's a nice table with chairs for 6 but not as the picture indicates.

Amazing space

Spending a week at this gorgeous condo was awesome. The condo was very clean and the balcony view of the beach with a cup of coffee every am was just the cherry on top. It’s a great location especially with the different places to eat all around and the grocery store right across the street!
