• Bedroom 1: A cozy room with a twin bed and a pull-out twin trundle, ideal for kids or extra guests.
• Entryway: Features a convenient half bathroom and built-in lockers for storing beach gear or personal items.
• Garage: Located at the back of the home, providing secure parking and additional storage space.
• Outdoor Space: Enjoy the charming front porch, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Sunset Island ambiance.

Second Floor
• Living Room: Bright and inviting, with direct access to a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, ready for all your cooking needs.

• Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation (includes 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes). Additional facility passes are $75 each, available at the Sunset Island Clubhouse. Children 3 and under do not require a pass.

Rental Requirements:
This family-friendly rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years old (ID required). Group rentals, including high school, bachelor, or bachelorette parties, are not permitted, and online bookings for such groups will not be honored.

Upon arrival, a linen company will have dropped off fresh linens. Please distribute them among all bedrooms and guests, ensuring all beds are made. Upon checkout, kindly strip all beds and gather all used linens, including towels, placing them back in the provided bag. Set the bag on the front porch by 9 PM.

A unique digital code for keyless entry will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.

Indoor Pool: Open year-round and typically heated, the indoor pool is a great option for swimming no matter the season. (No lifeguard on duty.)

Linen Service & Guest Responsibilities

Linens are provided and included with your booking. A linen service will deliver them to the house, and guests are responsible for distributing linens and making their beds. Upon checkout, please gather all used linens, place them back in the provided bags, and set them on the front porch early in the morning for pickup.

• No pets and no smoking of any kind (including vaping & cigars) inside the home or on the balcony.
• Grills must be moved to the end of the parking pad when in use.
• No parties. No exceptions – If unsure whether you’re a group, please ask before booking.
• Bikes & Beach Cart: These are provided in the garage for your use. Please return them respectfully upon checkout. A fee will be charged if any items are missing.
