Our first trip to Ocean City. We arrived early they got us right into our room. Great staff always had towels and things you needed. Pool was great other than not being able to go very far in the ocean do to the effects of hurricane we had a great time for a great price 😄

There was no cleaning in the room, the carpet was dirty, not cleaned, there were hair ties on the floor, grapes, cookies, the towels were beautifully folded but were wet with a foreign smell and dirt, but there were some clean washed ones, there were hairs in the bathroom, the toilet was not washed. In the kitchen there were splashes everywhere from preparing food, the refrigerator was dirty, there were several pieces of ice left from the previous residents.

Convenient Location for a Fun Stay at the Beach

We had a short (2 night) but memorable visit that put us close to the beach. My elderly mother in law was able to navigate the resort and get to the beach easily. All the Spinnaker staff were knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with during our visit. We greatly appreciated the kitchen in our room and got great use of it. Thanks and we would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

The beds were very comfortable. Close to the beach. We could see the beach & ocean from our room, but really liked the last stay because we were on the 5th floor & could also see the bay. On the boardwalk, but it was a quieter, calmer area. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. This is my 2nd stay here. I would definitely come back!

Great hotel! The efficiency style was great and the room was spacious and clean. Access to the beach and a nice size pool on the property. Balcony and retractable slide for privacy in the room for dressing. Large fridge and counter space. Clean bathroom and room smelled good. Only issue was maid service did not come the first day. We asked for towels and were provided promptly. Highly recommend this hotel!

The Spinnaker is a solid pick if you’re seeking convenience and beach front property. The room was clean but extremely outdated. While it had a kitchenette, all of the appliances and furnishings looked very old. The staff were friendly, but not very helpful—when we asked for local recommendations, we didn’t get much guidance. We had five girls in one room, and when we ran out of toilet paper, the front desk responded with a snarky remark, as if it was surprising we needed more. The room had a musty “old” smell, the sofa bed was clearly in need of an upgrade, and the bathroom was tiny with almost no ventilation. I expected the hotel to be in the middle of everything, but it wasn’t as central as advertised. The pool was also very small, making it difficult to enjoy. Overall, it was a clean stay, but the outdated facilities, lack of helpfulness, and cramped amenities left a lot to be desired.

The hotel is fine. The thing is, it is just a lot for what you get and the hotel is getting “tired” now. Fine if you just want somewhere to hang out or stay. Not sure I would stay there again.
