Oyhut Bay Seaside Resort is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. The nearby north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar - especially at high tide or on a stormy day.

Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay Seaside Resort provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.

Annual trip

My family loves visiting ocean shores, but this was an experience on a different level! We loved the house and all it had to offer. We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend and plan to do this again!

Great Ocean shores gettaway on the canal

The property is on the canal newly built and included a hot tub which was perfect. We drove to the beach, flew kits, played in the sand, and ocean. Walked to the store the first night and got wood for the firepit which was great for smores. Its a great family memory.
