If you decide to take a day off from the beach, the pool and tennis courts are just steps around the corner. The end unit townhouse itself is a dream and it sleeps 10. The kitchen offers wonderful upgrades: If you are a coffee aficionado, you'll delight in the Keurig, Drip and French Press options! Care for a smoothie? You'll love the "Ninja" blender. How about some breakfast waffles . . . or chicken and waffles? There's a fabulous high quality waffle maker at the ready! There's even a gas grill if you feel like cooking in! If you have a multi-generational group you'll appreciate the 2 first floor Queen bedrooms. The living area with a rear deck is on the 2nd floor and there is a Queen and a King Bedroom on the 3rd floor. As this is a brand new listing, you'll have your first pick of vacation weeks in 2025, so book right away! No pets or smoking please. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
