North Coast Village Retreat B111

This Oceanside 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-level condo is located in the gated North Coast Village community in Oceanside, California, just one block from the beach and offering 24-hour security. The unit features a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living area, along with a full kitchen, WiFi, and a private patio. Please note there is no air conditioning, but fans and heaters are provided for comfort year-round. Guests have access to extensive HOA amenities, including a heated pool, two additional pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, a putting green, BBQ areas, a clubhouse, elevator access, assigned parking, and scenic koi ponds. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, and an umbrella are also included. The fireplace only works in the winter months. The property offers shared on-site laundry, and one assigned garage parking space is provided. Decibel monitors are in place to help ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests.
Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners. Identity Verification Guests are required to complete a separate identity verification process within 24 hours of booking. The link is texted to your phone. This protects you and us against fraud.

Bed and bathroom covers and linens / towels need replaced. Fixture components in bathroom stool need fixed/replaced. Ants in bathroom and kitchen. Live and dead bugs seen under bed sheets. We have photos- submitted to VACASA.

Best place ever!

Our stay here was very incredible. The kind employees and property managers were very quick at responding and very accommodating. The grounds here are beautiful and well kept. My kids got to feed baby ducklings and koi fish. The condo was so cute and perfect for our little family. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to visit Oceanside! Everything was so simple and explained very well with checking in and checking out! It makes traveling with kids so much easier. Thankyou!!

Beautiful Condo

Our third time staying at this complex and this was the nicest condo so far. Very clean and easily accessible. All we needed was at our fingertips. For a quick trip for therapy from MI we need a place like this, and we were very pleased with the property

Oceanside 70.3 Ironman weekend

Beautiful & fun property with beach access! Modern clean condo!

Our family of 4 (2 daughters ages 6 & 11) stayed for 4 days & absolutely loved it! The property is a tropical paradise with Koi ponds, ducks, Jack rabbits, super fun billiard rooms, large gym with saunas, putting green, gorgeous pool & large spa. No matter what buildng/room you are in, the walk to the beach & any amenities is just a few minutes. B111 was decorated with a modern beachy asthetic & the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and appliances. Everything was clean and all the extra towels, beach toys & games were an added bonus. Thanks so much ...we can't wait to come back!! Fun fact...when I was a kid, we came in the late 90s with my family a few times & the property is just as beautiful & fun as I remembered it! :)

Hi, we enjoyed staying at your cute place. The decor was beachy and so comfy! We missed having any coffee to use, our other unit provided this. But the kitchen was wellstocked, beach play things all great and convenient! The fold out couch was comfy, though a bit different. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast and dinner!! Thanks so much for a wonderful, beach experience!

The team leader was outstanding. Ms. Cindy was such a help in anything I needed. The entire place was fully equipped in every was imaginable so that I could actually enjoy the beach. I loved the condo and I would rent it again. It doesn't have an ocean view, but the ocean is right outside. It's clean, well stocked with anything you'd need, well maintaned and in excellent condition.

My wife and I made this reservation on short notice. 60 minute drive up I5 from San Diego on a Friday night in heavy traffic was a little concerning but manageable. Unit B111 was well furnished and pool and whirlpool were great. Easy walk to restaurants.

Don't expect anything from property manager

The property was fine; had most of the things we needed. Main problem was that there was nothing to clean up messes/spills from our kids (both under 2). Called 9am on first morning to request a few things. We asked for non-toxic cleaner, rags or towels for cleaning, ice cube trays (ice machine in fridge not hooked up) and tea kettle. After 3 calls and more than 24 hours later, we were given some towels, ice cube trays and a bottle of industrial strength cleaner that requires safety goggles and a face mask. When I spoke with the property manager she made it sound like I should go buy whatever things we needed. Sorry I expect to have at least something to clean up with especially when staying in a condo. Also when I spoke with Vacasa, some agents were super nice and said we get the items within an hour. One wouldn't give me any information but relay what was in the notes. I will never book a condo at this location again or book a place managed by Vacasa. Great place, horrible management.
