Guests have private access to the entire condo and one reserved garage parking space. The unit is on the second floor and guests have access to the elevator or they can take the stairs to the unit.

The condo is a less than a two mile drive to Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining.

This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. The condo is on the second floor and there is a condo above this condo on the third floor. Guests may hear footsteps from condo above during their stay. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay. The property owner and Haustay, Inc. assume no liability for any injury or death to any child staying or visiting the vacation rental.

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets. No smoking or vaping. 30-day minimum stay. Guests must be minimum age of 25 to rent.
