Complete, beautiful new renovation in 2023, executive stay with all the comforts for any guest or small groups. Road construction is completed! There is a nice new road out front! Family friendly, 3 Queen beds in 3 bedrooms and a queen hide a bed in the Living room couch, sleeping for 6 + Quartz countertops, all wood cabinets. Lovely master with large dressing area, & large closet. Double sink vanity and walk in shower. Three bathrooms with jetted tub and walk in showers, Washer and dryer with detergent. Dedicated office space with 800 mbps. Near Ogden's FREE Transit system. 14 miles to World Class Skiing, 3 ski resorts nearby, Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley. The beautiful El Monte golf course under 1 mile, Eccles Dinosaur Park 1mi. Botanical garden 1 mi. Weber State University 3 miles, McKay Dee Hospital 3 miles, Golden Spike Event Center 5 mi, Ogden Regional Airport 5mi, Hill Air Force Base 13 mi, at the base of Ogden Canyon. Pineview Reservoir 11mi. Fully fenced, completely private backyard with covered patio, flagstone padio, bbq grill, and mature fruit and shade trees.

Take a drive up beautiful Ogden canyon 1/2 mile away, breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains, waterfalls and fall colors. Spring blooms are a beautiful site as well in the area! There’s an apple tree that blooms in the backyard in April. Mature trees provide a shady vintage yard with seating for eight and a barbecue grill.

Fantastic place, would definitely stay there again!

We came to stay for a dance competition that was held at a couple different venues in Ogden. This place was in a perfect location and was close to everything we needed to get to. It was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect for our needs. When we found out that the competition spanned two days, the host was accommodating and let us add another day to our stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Short Ski Trip

Three generations of men got together for a quick ski trip to Snow Basin. To save on costs we needed a place to stay where we could prepare meals, sleep comfortably and have a place to gather. The accommodations and setup was perfect for what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Cozy stay

Our family loved staying at this cozy house. We spent 2 days skiing at Snow Basin. It was a great house to come back to and rest up and great location to the slopes. Grocery store is around the corner which is convenient too. Janet was an excellent host and communicator. The home is very kid friendly, our 4 kids had a great stay too. And we got snow and the kids had fun building a snowman in the backyard. Would stay here again!

New Years Staycation

Awesome house for 2 families. We had 6 kids between us, all under age 8. The kids played games while adults prepped dinner, then the kids had a movie night downstairs while adults played games. Comfortable space, fun areas for the kids, perfect for our new years staycation

Quick weekend getaway

Overall a great property, the sidewalk and driveway are still all torn up so you have to park on the street, luckily the ground was dry to walk across otherwise it could have been a muddy mess. If I could give half stars I would have given 4 1/2 stars for cleanliness, the kitchen sink wasn't cleaned great and the bathrooms needed to be cleaned better there were hairs and things that didn't get fully wiped, and the hand towel in the master was dirty. Otherwise, everything else was great, the house is all updated and very nice! We were glad we stayed here instead of a hotel, so quiet and cozy! Janet was quick to respond to my questions as well. Would stay again, in hopes that the cleaning issues would be resolved.

A cozy little home

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend. The only downside is all the construction going on in the neighborhood which made it hard at times to get to the home. Loved the seating area outside.

Very roomy, stylish and comfortable. We were able to have game and movie nights with ease. The weather allowed us to also enjoy the outdoor patio. The home is well stocked and Janet accommodated the few items overlooked. We enjoyed our stay, thank you so much for allowing us into your home. Bonus was an apple tree in the backyard!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The key pad was difficult to use, and I was thankful for having a lock box option. I would have given it all 5's but construction on the street and surrounding neighborhood made it a little challenging. Nice property

Relaxing getaway!

From the moment you walk in, it is a welcoming and relaxing environment! Communication with Janet was so easy and she made us feel welcomed. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to anyone staying here!
