Generously spacious and bright ranch style home with tile and carpet. lots of rooms to lounge and relax. Perfect for a family reunion, friends’ weekend or some serious quiet time. Common areas include large living room, dining area and lounge and outdoor spaces in front of the house with a shaded patio and back yard dining area with bistro lighting.
Guests can use tennis court so bring your rackets, children swings, ping pong table, full kitchen, dining area, outdoor dining under the stars, fabulous spots for pitching a tent, picking fruits from hundreds of mature trees and lounging in shaded hammocks.
My home is a permitted Homeshare in Ventura County. You will have privacy in the space you inhabit. I am available by text and I am usually prompt in response.
