This designer retreat offers curated interiors, and access to private wine tastings and Ojai’s top trails. The estate features 4 spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests, making it perfect for romantic escapes, wine-soaked weekends, family getaways, or nature-based wellness retreats.

Guests can enjoy the 40-acre gated estate, with a half-mile ridge trail overlooking coastal cliffs and vineyards. Five patios offer spaces for sunlit lunches, stargazing, morning coffee, or wine in the hot tub, while the garden blends native plants with seasonal fruit trees.

You’ll have direct out-the-door access to the Sulphur Mountain Trail (22 miles round trip, 10 miles along the dirt road each way) , one of Ojai’s most scenic hiking and biking routes.

For wine lovers, we offer private tastings at Ojai Mountain—our nearby estate vineyard and one of California’s highest-altitude Rhône producers.

A 10-minute bike ride brings you to Peppercorn Ranch, where English-style riding lessons are available for all levels. The ranch can accommodate advanced riders and offers access to a world-class dressage ring and a stunning jumping field.

The host was very accommodating, properly managers were very responsive to any questions we had. House is very peaceful and serene, located on a quiet trail perfect for walking/hiking with dogs. A perfect property if you want to disconnect from reality and take in the ojai valley views.
