Used to be my go-to for my frequent business trips, but lately quality has gone down significantly. For the price it's a decent stay however there are multiple things that need to improve. 1. The guy checking people in at the front needs to make sure the keys last for the duration of the stay. Twice I have had to go to the front desk after trying my keys on the doors only to discover they didn't work. 2. They need to put liners in the trash cans in the rooms. 3. There are no lids for the coffee cups in the room. 4.. I noticed small bugs crawling around in the bathroom. Most of these things were minor enough that I would still continue to stay however the final straw was this morning when I was grabbing breakfast to go, the manager or owner or whoever the short guy is decided to run up behind me screaming that I'm not allowed to take breakfast outside and that there is a sign in the breakfast room. I let him know I was about to check out and it was early in the morning. After he continued to rudely reprimand me, I started to go back into the breakfast room and then he steps in front of me and says he will "allow" it this time, but next time he won't. There will not be a next time. I'm not a child and don't appreciate being treated as such so I will not be returning.

Well while walking my dog one morning during our stay, I found a literally hooker, high as a kite and passed out in the bushes by the pool. I did call the manager so they could deal with it, and it’s unfortunately apparently a common occurrence. Otherwise it was a decent stay. Definitely not the best area of town, and the homeless issue is apparent all around. But our room was spacious, clean and we enjoyed the pool as well.

It was a nice hotel, especially for the price. But it was definitely an older building, and it smelt like smoke really bad in all the hallways. It just wasn't as nice as what I was expecting, the pictures make it look nicer, but other than that everything was good! and the staff were very nice!

The check in clerk and staff was cordial. The facility was in disrepair, broken towel racks, walls and baseboards had gaps. It looked like the hotel had a superficial face lift when it really needed a more comprehensive remodel. However, it was cheap and ultimately served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower on a cross country drive with my teenage son. I wouldn’t want to stay there with my family (wife).

Check in was a hassle. The clerk didn't give us a downstairs room after asking. She said it would cost more. I said thats ok we need it. I went to find the room which was upstairs. I went back and she said she didn't upgrade me because i said i didn't want to pay more. I did not say that. I also asked for a smoke free room. The room smelled so strong of smoke it burned our eyes. The bathroom floor was damp and so was the carpet. There were electrical outlets that had been melted. There were roaches. There was water damage to the ceiling and wall. I am prtty sure there was mold based on conditions. I will say the beds were fairly comfortable. The water pressure was also good. They offer a breakfast buffet which is unusual for the price.There seemed to be a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot that didn't belong there.
