There were many issues with the room like broken towel bar, broken lamp, not much toilet paper, smaller than small pillows, only 2 small towels and wash cloths. When we asked for extra towels, the woman gave me a dirty look and quizzed me about how many of us are in the room.

Room was clean and all the plumbing, heating, and most of the lamps worked. Hot breakfast was well above average. We were not informed that our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. My wife has great difficulty with stairs. The front desk would not let us switch to a first floor room (handicapped or otherwise) without a surcharge, so we struggled with the stairs.

There were some unstable individuals walking around the parking lot, and one of them tried to get inside the hotel. The large french windows feel vulnerable and could be easily broken. I couldn’t sleep because they were wandering around and making noise throughout the night. The hotel stuff was pretty friendly.
