This was the best. Was not over crowded. The price for everything was affordable. All the restaurants had great food. The swimming park was fun my kids played for hours and no complaints. Rooms were clean and mordern. 10/10 experience. Will be our new holiday tradition.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent experience. Unfortunately, the start of our stay was quite rough. Checking in at the kiosk was problematic, as we were missing one wristband and had to wait in line again to resolve it. Once we reached our room, the key didn’t work, so we went back downstairs and waited in line once more. The customer service agent checked the keys and explained how to use them, which seemed fine, but after going back upstairs, the keys still didn’t work. To make matters worse, when we knocked on the door, we discovered that another guest was already in the room assigned to us, prompting us to return to the front desk for a new room assignment—another wait. After about eight hours, I spent $140 on arcade credits for the kids. However, one of them didn't have enough credit for laser tag, so the host swiped the second child’s card to cover it but ended up keeping the first child’s card, which had tickets on it for redeeming prizes. This created a frustrating situation when we tried to retrieve her card after the game, and it added to an already disappointing experience. Given the issues we faced, unfortunately, the likelihood of returning is quite low, especially considering the cost of $347 for just one night. Thank you for taking the time to consider our feedback. Check in didn’t work, trying to go with the kiosk check in. Our Expedia confirmation was not the number in their system. We also wanted bottled water, they told us the only option was vending machines on each floor, we went to every floor and they were all sold out. Nice hotel but let’s get back to the basics.
