First thing they asked me for was a cash deposit apon arrival, this was not disclosed online. Purchased a non smoking room was given a smoking room with cigarette burns on the bed. Changed rooms and the next room smelled like Bigfoot had just checked out. It seemed like a good deal at the time, but you get what you pay for....
When me and my husband got there we had a price already set in mind. As we asked for the room we reserved they told us there was a 40 dollar deposit which was cash only, there we should’ve taken it as a red flag but we were very tired and just wanted to lay down after a long drive. We got to the room and the first thing we noticed was sheets having multiple stains along with what looked like cigarette burns on the sheets, we were gonna ask for different sheets that was no problem for us but as minutes passed we noticed a lot of imperfections with the room for example the tv was broken so we couldn’t watch anything and the walls were so thin that we were able to hear literal conversations from people next door. There was a couple of drunk people outside which made me very uncomfortable so we both decided we wanted a full refund for the room and book a different hotel. We asked the receptionist for a refund and she said there were no refunds if it’s been over an hour, mind you we were there for not even half an hour and I explained to the lady that we weren’t there for long but she insisted that it was for over an hour. We left very disappointed and upset also without our refund but we weren’t going to stay in a rundown hotel where we didn’t feel comfortable in.
Do not listen to the other reviews that this hotel is “surprisingly clean”.
This hotel is filthy. There are many people loitering in the parking lot, floor was filthy, we didn’t feel safe leaving our car in the lot much sleeping overnight. We walked in and right back out and booked the holiday inn across town. You get what you pay for.

The hotel fills a much needed niche: Affordability.
The hotel is very convenient to the expressway and there are 24/7 fast food options
This property is a no frills motel, meaning the doors open to the outside and there is no elevator if you are in the second floor. In our case, this is exactly what we needed because we didn’t want to leave anything in our vehicle and we had a lot to unload. It is obvious that the room had been totally remodeled from its original state, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. You have to leave a $40 cash deposit which is kind of weird but there was no hassle getting it back so I’m not sure what the purpose of it was since they didn’t like look at my room. But the price was amazing. I’d definitely stay there again.
Well i arrived and thought i had went to the wrong hotel. The outside looks nothinf like the pictures taken. And the inside is similar but not so much edited to make it look so eligant. But my sheets were dirty, my floor hadnt been swept in a minute, there was no towels, and my room looked like it just got raided. I had to move all furniture back other than the bed
Check in was quick and easy and the room was clean with no bad smells but not enough towels in the bathroom I would stay again

It's better than sleeping in your car. My expectations were low and I wasn't disappointed. The facilities were not bad for the price but it does not deserve a "8" rating. There was one bath towel and one hand towel but no wash cloth or tissues. The area wasn't exactly threatening but considering the adjacent room had a bicycle (with flat tires) chained to a pole, I assume they were long term guests. The 2 employees I dealt with checking in and out were pleasant but Expedia did not warn that there is a 40.00 cash deposit required upon arrival. That would have been good to know as I rarely use or carry cash.
