Arrived with my family on a Friday night (group of 5). After check in they told us the elevator was not working and that we had to use the stairs. Carried all the luggage to the third floor. Room was ok but it did not have enough towels in the bathroom, there were no sheets or pillow in the room for the sofa bed, etc. Not a pleasant stay overall.

My kids favorite hotel

Very nice they are updating the hotel but still very nice. Only place we stay in OKC!! Kinda disappointed the hot tub and pool were closed.

The hotel room was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, there was some indications of lack of maintenance (hole in the wall, etc.). The whole interior looked like it needed a bit of a refresh. Other than that, it was a good location, easy to get to and close to the airport. Despite the issues, we'd stay again,

Good stay for a few days if you’re going to OKC.

Sam the front desk help we encountered was terrific. Made us feel welcome checking in & during the stay. No issues w amenities - FREE laundry was nice; but other guests need to realize that just bc it’s free doesn’t mean you leave your stuff in for hours until you feel ready to take it out. Breakfast was more than serviceable, didn’t use the pool. Only issue we had aside from that was a small lizard Of some type crawling around our bathroom one early morning; but I handled that. Convenient if you’re near the OKC airport, altho we didn’t have any travel issues driving downtown bc we did most of the travel on weekends.

Property was under construction. I wasn’t made aware when I made reservations. The room wasn’t finished. There was painters tape on the walls. No blinds hung. A to do list left on the counter in the kitchen. The halls were warm. Construction items left in the hallways.
