Welcoming and bright apartment with spacious terrace and sea view in Pittulongu.
The apartment, located on the first and top floor, is characterised by local furnishings and décor and is completed by a ceiling with exposed beams that bring warmth and brightness to the space. It opens onto the spacious living room which features a table, a sofa and a television. From here you access the independent kitchen, equipped with all cooking utensils including oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A highlight of the living area is the large French door that provides access to the terrace furnished with sofas and armchairs, and with an area equipped with kitchenette, barbecue and dining table.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first equipped with a double bed, private bathroom and balcony, the second with two single beds and the last with a French bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Also known as La Playa, Pittulongu is the favourite beach of Olbia residents. This large crescent of sand, very popular with windsurfing and snorkelling enthusiasts, is characterised by very fine white sand, crystal-clear waters and a shallow seabed perfect for families with children. It also offers a splendid view of the island of Tavolara, which can be enjoyed from the bars and restaurants on the beach.
The Pittulongu area offers various types of accommodation, restaurants and services, and is a perfect location for visiting the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Not to be missed in the vicinity are Bados beach, Pellicano beach, Cala Banana, Bianca beach and Le Saline.
Also worth discovering is traditional food and wine, in the numerous venues and during festivals. Kid goat with myrtle and Gallurese soup for a land-based dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you prefer to try the fish from the Gulf of Olbia. To accompany, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a must, and to finish a delicious seada with honey and a glass of artisanal myrtle liqueur.
Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 15 minutes by car from the accommodation.
