The apartment’s layout encourages outdoor living, as large glass doors separate the open-plan living area and the spacious shaded verandah. The indoor living room is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, Moka coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
The outside spaces have been created with as much care as the interiors. In addition to the shaded private veranda, with a dining table which acts as an outside living area, the complex has a spectacular salt-water infinity pool, with breathtaking views over the sea below. The well-kept gardens contain 2 tennis courts, a football field and a children’s playground. Down by the water’s edge there is a private sunbathing area with a boat dock.
The residence also offers the convenience of an on-site restaurant/bar and grocery store from June to September.

Location
The apartment is part of the Ladunia residence which is ideally situated to reach the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. Within 10-20 minutes you can get to the white sandy beach at Marinella or the picturesque beach at Punta Volpe. Surfboards, canoes and dinghies can be rented at Marinella. The nearby resort of Porto Rotondo (8 minutes) is blessed with many excellent restaurants and a lively marina for boat-spotting and evening walks.
Alternatively, in Olbia (20 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (15 minutes). Olbia also offers plenty of options for entertainment and some lively cafés in the Piazza Matteotti.
Olbia airport is just a 30-minute drive.
