There are better choices

In addituon to 100 euro they charge for cleaning separately, you need to make the place tidy before you leave including disposing of all the garbage. Oh, and also you pay for the electricity sepatately. No wonder it had no guest in the residence except for us during peak season. The unit was humid and because there was no direct sunlight, had a weird damp smell. The only good thing was that it was near to port rotondo in walking distance.

Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problème lors de notre séjour dans ce logement. Les documents d'enregistrement étaient très longs et compliqués. L'annonce n'était pas transparente par rapport aux coûts réels prendre en charge. Des frais de nettoyage, taxes de séjours, d'électricité nous on été facturés en plus des frais payés sur la plateforme. Le code d'accès communiqué pour entrer dans le logement était faux, ce qui est un peu fâcheux quand on arrive à minuit et que nous ne pouvons pas accéder au logement. Nous n'avons reçu la télécommande d'accès au parking que le 2ème jour… Enfin bref, appartement correct mais pas mal de complications administratives rendant le séjour moins sympathique.

Naja!?!

1. Expedia hat falsche Kontaktdaten in Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung. Telefonisch konnte man mir nicht weiterhelfen. Ich musste mir übers Interner alles selber raussuchen. 2. Billigst eingerichtet. Amaturen sind lose und alles andere eher jaggelig (siehe Fotos). 3. Es war zwar alles sauber, aber es gab keine Matratzenschoner, was Ich als unhygienisch empfinde. 4. Schimmel an den Wänden (siehe Fotos). 5. Löcher nicht verfugt. Wasser kann eindringen. Auch da kann es schimmeln (siehe Fotos). 6. Wenn zu viele elektronische Geräte auf einmal in Benutzung waren (Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Fernseher) haute es die Sicherung raus. Man musste immer in den Garten um zum Verteiler zu gelangen. Nass von der Dusche und im Dunklen, echt ätzend!!!

A éviter si vous aimez le calme

Comme demandé, nous avions appelé avant pour indiquer notre heure d'arrivée... Nous avons attendu 2 heures la personne qui devait nous remettre les clés. Appartement en bord de route très passante et très peu isolé des voisins, donc très bruyant.
