Tastefully decorated and furnished, fully remodeled, sunny and stylish, one bedroom suite located just across the street from the OOB beach. The suite has a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster and all other basic necessities for your stay. This suite sleeps 6 with two full beds in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the living room. Perfect location, close to the beach and downtown so you can enjoy all OOB has to offer!

Spend your Maine beach vacation in our modern fully renovated one bedroom suite! This unit is bright, stylish, comfortable and nicely furnished. Conveniently located steps to the beautiful sand beach and a short walk to the Pier, Palace Playland amusement park and downtown area bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is located across the street from the beach, a short 2-3 minute walk. We are also 0.3 miles from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants.

This unit is located on the second floor (two sets of stairs).

We provide linens, bedding, bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking (pots, pans, silverware, etc).

You can self-check into the unit using a code. It will be listed in the rental app under `check in` instructions and will be emailed to you with our welcome email a couple of days prior to your arrival.

We offer our guests complimentary high speed wifi, as well as Disney Plus and Hulu TV with live streaming.

Please note that our suites are located near the train tracks that run through OOB. Please be advised about potential for noise.

Guests have access to their own suite and the patio area immediately next to the unit.

We also have grills and picnic tables located next to the small building open for guest use. This space is shared with other quests.

We don’t provide beach toys or towels so please bring your own.

Please No smoking of any kind inside or near the front doors please.

One labeled parking space (468). Additional limited parking available upon request.

Google Maps sometimes places the property closer to the Pier than it actually is. We’re about 0.3 miles away. For the most accurate location, please use 46 East Grand Avenue (our second building in the complex).
We kindly ask that guests respect our home by following a few simple rules: no smoking, no parties or events, and please remove shoes when inside. Pets are not allowed. BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!! Train comes through every hour or more overnight and shakes the entire building. Between midnight and 6am, the train came through 8 times. Our children woke abruptly and were terrified each time. The a/c did not work in the bedroom and it smelled like mold. We left exhausted and tired with 2 very upset children within 8 hrs of arriving. INTEGRITY ISSUES WITH HOST TOO. He agreed that if he rebooked he would refund us. He did rebook for atleast 4 nights then refused to answer our calls/messages and VRBO’s calls/messages - basically double dipping. All documented on VRBO chat.

Misleading listing - noise all night

The description of this listing doesn’t accurately convey the nuisance caused by the train tracks adjacent to the property. Throughout the night, 6-7 trains came by and blew their horns. Each time the train ran by, it shook the entire property. It was impossible to sleep. We left a day early. I asked the property manager to consider refunding the second day, since we could not continue staying there, and I received no response. I also asked for the check out procedures so we could leave early - again, no response. The location is not good enough to justify the stay here, and although the property was tidy, I can’t recommend it to anyone, particularly at this price point.

This place should be described at a tiny home. I would not plan for more than 2 in the property. It was a very tight space. Bring coins if you plan to use the washer/drier there is no change machine. It was close to the beach and many restaurants, the pier and activities. However, plan to feel and hear a train every 1-2 hours all day and night. No sleep plus an early checkout during vacation was frustrating to say the least.

Un lieu pas mal seul le dérangement du passage de train

Tout est parfait la seule chose que je n'ai pas aimé c'est qu'on m'a donné un logement qui n'était pas sur la photo que j'ai choisis on m'a donné un autre juste à côté du passage de train c'était fatigant.
