The location of this beach house could not be better - right in the middle of the 7-mile sandy beach in Old Orchard Beach.  Literally a one minute walk brings you to the absolute best stretch of light sand, rock-free, beach.  Surf the waves, walk the beach for miles in either direction, play beach games, and just spread out and enjoy the soft sand and warm sun.   

This beach house has been updated, is spacious, and offers accommodations for up to 8 people.  Three bedrooms:  #1 king bed, #2 - two queen beds, #3 one twin w/pull out trundle (great for 2 kids).  There is also extra sleeping for overnight guests (futon and pullout couch).  Two full bathrooms.  Great family room with large wrap-around couch, TV, and large pool table.  Separate dining room.  Kitchen has all the essentials including microwave, stove/oven, plenty of dishes and cookware, AND that all important washer & dryer! Internet, wi-fi, and 3 TVs.

This is a quiet residential street so great for kids.  Driveway parking for two cars, plus on street parking.  Back deck and grassy backyard, great for yard games and cookouts on the BBQ grill!

This is just the perfect spot for a relaxing week or two at the beach.
