I hardly EVER leave a review but I was unpleasantly surprised when I found the room to be extremely stuffy, and smelled musty. The overall hotel is dingy and appears dirty. The pool was fine except it had CLUMPS OF HAIR floating around. The elevator had a weird smell too. HOWEVER the front staff was incredible. Bre (Christiana) was very upbeat, kind and had nice conversations with my very chatty (and nosey) children. Customer service makes a difference and appreciate them making us feel welcome.

The hotel is ok but not necessarily well kept. Do not anticipate that the breakfast will be palatable- not only is it undercooked- including the sausages, but there will be zero variation from day to day. Pool had zero towels, asked at desk, housekeeper brought three towels for five people and never returned with more. Room thermostat was broken, instead of fixing it or having me switch rooms (discovered this first time I went into room) front desk just told me to use window unit which did not really work well.
