• Approximately 570 square feet with a dedicated sleeping area, open living space, and kitchenette.
• The full size bed and twin bed sleeping zone is separated from the living space area by a sliding door, and peekaboo window with shutters.
• The living space offers an oversized wraparound trundle sofa (extra sleeping space), oversized chair, television and DVD player.
• The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils, mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and range top. There is no oven.
• The dining area seats 4 guests in booth style seating, at a south facing window.
• A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub and shower.
• The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Featuring a full-size bathroom with shower and oversized bathtub combo, and well-equipped kitchenette with two-burner stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware and utensils, guests will have everything to feel right at home.

The dining area is uniquely tucked on the south-facing window in booth style seating, perfect spot to dine or play cards while watching the snow fall! Separated by a sliding glass door and peekaboo window that can be shuttered, is a full size bed and twin bed, also on the sunny south side with valley peak views. For additional guests, the oversized wraparound couch features trundle sleeping!

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
