Plus, the location gives you an incredible ski-in/ski-out (or hike in/hike-out) “stroll anywhere” experience. You can easily go home for lunch while skiing with this close condominium. You are close to the KT22 chairlift, Olympic House, the Aerial Tram and more!

The size is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends.

The kitchenette and bedroom area are in the first zone and the living area sofa and dining table are in the next. The space has intermittent red and green tiles in the kitchenette and bathroom, adding a touch of character and warmth. The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower.

The queen bed has a new and modern wooden bed frame that adds a touch of mountain elegance to the condo. The sleeping area is thoughtfully separated from the living space by a sliding door.

The living area, which has been furnished with a new sofa and coffee table, is a great space to relax and unwind after a day on the slopes or the trails. The wall-mounted TV ensures it is well out of your way but also right there so you won't miss any of your favorite shows or sports events if needed.

You’ll be a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby Tahoe golf courses. Don’t forget, at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property you are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

In the winter you are at the center of the activities. You are sitting on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes, steps from the chairs and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic skiing are of interest, they are all very nearby.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
