The hotel may be one of the newest hotels I have ever stayed in(Sept 25). It is beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The front desk person was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location is very close to I80 but it is very quiet. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

There was a dirty diaper in the pull out bed and cat poop in the corner of the room. Someone outside had their bass, so our windows on the 3rd floor shook all night.

We had a great stay overall. The room was very spacious and spotless, which made it really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin. We could hear noise from the adjoining room, so it wasn’t the quietest. However, the front desk staff more than made up for it. They were amazing—quick to bring extra towels, even provided plates for our delivered pizza, and were super helpful with directions. Excellent customer service all around!

All around it was great. We came for our daughter's dance competition. When we arrived here for check-in the staff at the front desk was nice and polite. When we made it to our room it was what I expected. It was a total of 5 so I booked a suite. My wife, daughter, and 2 sons. We really enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and in a nice place to stay. We will stay here again on our next trip to Omaha.
