I think for the mist part the hotel is clean and quiet. We had some issues though. There was blood on the sheets and towel. The AC did not work the first night and really didnt cool the room down the whole trip. It was bareable just not nice and cool. The breakfast was repetetive. The pillows are not that good. Pool was absolutley freezing to the point we were in for one minute only the whole trip. The bathroom door didnt shut or lock. The floor in the bathroom was breaking. We also had kids jumping in the hallway and screaming. Posotives were feels safe. Clean for the most part, amazing coffee, cold water for guests, friendly staff and lots of room. I may or may not stay again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. We did have a slight delay checking in as the front desk person had left to deliver something to another guest. Just suggest they leave a sign stating they are assisting another guest and will be right back. Other than that, the stay was great. No issues.

We were in town for state track championships so it was in a good location not far from stadium. Staff was excellent very helpful. Our room was clean but just a few things that needed fix. The door not closing unless you pull or pushed it shut and having little to no hot water in our 4th floor room was a big issue. Other than that overall stay was good.

My room had a gas smell and the people were so nice. They moved me. I felt sick and the one cleaning lady got me a cart to move. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful, i really appeciate the food in the morning there was something for vegetarians not mixed with meat. We stayed at your hotel in SD a night before. I will look to book with your hotels first nextx time.
