I want to say that we love the hotel and we enjoyed our stay but we did have countless issues with the two rooms we rented. However, the more important part is that the staff were courteous and attentive to our issues. So I'd give it a 4.5. Great location. Beautiful room, great bar underneath, beautiful hotel.

My TV didn't work when I got into the room, went downstairs to try to get another room and the person at the front desk was nice and came up and fixed it temporarily but after 4 hours of delays on my flight I just wanted to lay down and watch some TV. The remote continued to work on and off during the rest of my stay. The next morning I woke up to realize that there was no hot water in my room (sink or shower) and by that point, I didn't even both calling downstairs because I just needed to get into the meetings i had for the day
