Olet löytänyt onnellinen paikka! Yksikkömme sijaitsee ylemmässä itäpuolella 22. kerroksessa. Näkymä on yksinkertaisesti henkeäsalpaava! Laite on puhdas ja hyvässä kunnossa. Kesä 2016 on ensimmäinen kerta vuokrata yksikkömme. Se on todella kotimme poissa kotoa. Sisustus on kevyt ja virkistävä, iloinen mutta tyylikäs.
Teemme tiivistä yhteistyötä palvelutiimimme kanssa varmistaaksemme, että ylläpidämme kaikille vieraillemme puhtaustasoa, jota odotamme saapuessamme.   On oma parveke pääsy olohuoneesta sekä Master Suite ja joka toinen makuuhuone. Nauti suorasta näkymästä lahdelle omalta kylpytynnyriltäsi parvekkeella tai lepää takaisin ja nauti tuulen miellyttävistä sohvista. Parvekegrilli ulkona tarjoaa täydellisen aterian valmistamisen helposti!

Not what we were expecting at all!

We had an old dingy crockpot, rusty broken knives, horrible pans that were very limited. A pile of “trash” in the master closet. It really was horrible. The outdoor view was amazing but the patio furniture looked like it was borrowed from the thrift store. Only 2 of the 4 loungers and cushions. Definitely not worth the cost and was below average standards for such a beautiful place Do better!

Overall

Kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Great appliances, large and small. Plenty of room for everyone. Four families all together. All had their private space, plus large room to be together, inside and out, lots to do, kids really enjoyed the waterside and indoor pool.Plenty of extra parking available.

Loved watching all the boats.
Everyone enjoys lazy.

Thanksgiving at the Turquoise

The unit was just as listed and was fully stocked (more than most). We had a problem with one of the AC's going out and they sent someone out quickly and kept us up to date even with it being a holiday! Would recommend 100%

Beautiful view, great amenities, unit wasn’t very clean. Had to call for someone to come vacuum, food on carpet and in furniture seats. Stains all over furniture. Did not have a vacuum or broom to keep floors clean. Booking brought us a broom as the Broom in unit broken. Maintenance came to fix bracket on sofa, a screw was out and sofa would not-stay together! Again beautiful unit and view just needs to be deep cleaned along with furniture. I was disappointed in cleanliness of floors and furniture being tattered and stained.

Amazing Views and Relaxation

We had an incredible time in this gorgeous unit. The views from each bedroom were amazing and the resort itself delightfully relaxing. The lazy river is so fun while the sun is setting on the bay and of course the hot tub was amazing off the master suite. We enjoyed many meals in the luxurious kitchen with a dinning room overlooking both the beach and bay!

Hot tub and televisions didn’t work!!!

Beautiful condo but not happy at all with our stay. The hot tub was green. Like nasty green. Took 3 days to get it working. Maintenance had to end up draining it and refilling it. After the 3 days it finally was up and running. And also none of the televisions worked for 2 days. Then I was bothered on my vacation I was paying for by the cable provider and was asked to reset things that I couldn’t even access because we had to get behind a panel that required a screwdriver to remove. Mind you it was my vacation that I was paying for. Very unprofessional from the owners. Asked for a discount because we didn’t have amenities that we paid for. Like the hot tub and televisions. And nothing. No response at all. Very very unprofessional. They literally took my money and that was it. I have been to Orange Beach 4yrs in a row and always have booked through vrbo. However I wouldn’t recommend this particular owner.

Gorgeous views but needs a little help

This place is stunning and the floor plan is excellent. We really enjoyed our time there but it was filthy under the beds and couch. The couch was filthy. The cushions outside were dirty and only two chairs at the outside table even had cushions. You just can’t sit on wrought iron without a cushion. Needs some towel racks or bars. The bunk room’s fan and light never worked and one of the dishwashers leaked. You can tell where the wood has been soaked and rotted a bit. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, bar area, dining area, and loved the ovens and double dishwasher. Property/Turquoise Place is advertised with an outdoor heated pool (there wasn’t one), and 2 indoor heated pools (one was heated one day), fitness room in our tower wasn’t open but the one in D tower was. As I said, we loved our stay but it needs some care and paying that much to stay there, you would expect more.

Beach Get Away!

We have stayed at Turquoise Place numerous times over the years and this condo is without a doubt the most beautiful we have stayed in yet! And that unobstructed eastern view can’t be beat! We don’t usually go in June and July. Those two months are the busiest on the Island! When we arrived the check in process went quick. They had a great set up for that. However, we waited on an elevator for over thirty minutes along with numerous other people. There were no carts available for unloading. My husband finally walked up and found one somewhere and brought out to another parking level. It was not a fun start to our vacation. One of the three elevators was down which meant everyone was checking in (we arrived at 4) and had only two elevators available and the cleaning crews had to share those. In the end, two hours after getting there, we got everything unloaded, ordered Rotolo’s for dinner and let the fun begin! We had a great time! It was so nice being back at the beach and getting to eat at some of our favorite restaurants again! We had Rotolo’s the first night, went to Carver’s Steakhouse, Cotton’s, Cobalt, Cosmos and The Big Fish! We had excellent food and service all week! Of course the wait times are long! Even if you go early! But that is to be expected this time of year! Please be patient, treat everyone with kindness and leave a tip! Everyone we encountered seemed happy to be working and we were happy we could go out to eat again! Leigh Gunter is awesome to work with! We only had one issue while there (only two keys for six adults). She took care of the issue and got us all a key by the next day.
