Modernized and remodeled just a few short years ago. Quartz and granite counter tops as well as new appliances and furnishings. End unit with lots of light and a wrap around balcony. No waiting for elevators and the beach is within 50 yards of the unit. WIFI, cable, streaming, and lots of charging stations. Pool is very close but not too close. Breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf.

This was a last-minute stay for us and everything was excellent. First and foremost, Veronica is an excellent host who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute booking. Second, the condo is gorgeous and the view and location can’t be beat. We loved the proximity to the beach and just relaxing on the spacious deck. We highly recommend this property and Veronica.

Veronica was very helpful with check-in and instructions of codes, etc. The pictures online make the condo appear a lot larger than it actually is. The room with the bunk beds is basically an oversized closet, so technically it shouldn’t be considered a room. The listing also says “4 double bunk beds” which is misleading because there is only 1 bunk bed. There was also a very musty smell as soon as we walked in the condo. We had to buy air freshener to spray throughout our stay because the smell was continuous. The location was amazing and we appreciated the short walk to the beach! The porch was cozy and we enjoyed mornings and evenings out there.

This was our second trip staying at this property. We love the location and convenience to the beach and pool—both are just steps away! We enjoyed watching the sunrise, sunsets and gorgeous ocean views from the balcony. It was the perfect family getaway.

We arrived an hour early and she double checked the unit was clean before giving us the all clear to check in early. She responded quickly when there was an issue with the microwave. Our first trip to Orange beach was amazing! Our condo was clean, relaxing, comfortable, and came with everything we needed for a great beach trip. We had plenty of kitchen utensils, bedding, extra blankets, towels, beach chairs, a beach tent, and games. We were a little nervous about having a ground level room, but we quickly realized we absolutely loved it. It felt like we were sitting right on the beach from our balcony! Veronica was an amazing hostess, answering all questions we had, even late at night. We recommend this condo and Orange beach to everyone!

The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand, with the soothing sound of waves as our constant backdrop. Being on the ground floor made everything so convenient; morning coffee on the patio blended right into barefoot walks along the shore.The condo itself was spotless, bright, and thoughtfully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking in, and the living area was comfortable for winding down after a day in the sun. We loved having direct beach access without the hassle of elevators or long walks. There were plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby, but honestly, we spent most of our time soaking up the view and salty breeze right from our patio.The host was fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience.

Perfect location for our family, no stairs or elevator, just step out your door to the beach or pool. Dread hauling groceries and luggage up several floors? We literally backed the van up to a few feet from the door! Right across the street from groceries and restaurants. Favorite condo in all our years staying in Orange Beach. Owner texted with us directly, very responsive.

Where do I start!! Grand parents with adult children, with a 2 year old and an 8 week old. Layout was perfect. First floor is amazing. No waiting for elevator with the littles. Amazing view. It’s on the corner and the closest condo to access the beach. Again , important with littles. If your a first timer to the area, it’s close to everything. Restaurants, Walmart, walking trails and Golf courses. Finally, the owner was available. After a 7 hour drive w/ a toddler and 8 week old, she allowed us a 15 minute early entry ahead of the noted 4 pm check in time when she didn’t have to. It was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean & Great location

Kitchen is extremely well stocked if you plan on cooking. Can't say enough about the location, perfect. Beachfront at its finest!Walking distance to restaurants, Walmart and Bait Store! The Spanish mackerel were biting real good. We took fresh caught fish to the FloraBama restaurant to cook up for the family a couple times and it was delicious!We'll be back!!!

Clean & Convenient

This condo was so clean and super convenient being on the ground level. We loved that both rooms with king beds had a patio door to outside. The kids loved the double queen bunk and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely be back if we don’t move there first!

Perfect trip!

Location for this property was ideal for beachgoing... just steps away from the beach and pool. Property was clean and owner was super responsive for one minor issue we had. We've rented many properties over the years and we would highly recommend!
