Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in Spring 2026. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies may occur. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of the host's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.
This seventh-floor corner condo with a loft is a beach lover's delight. It features a wraparound balcony overlooking the Gulf, excellent decor, stainless steel appliances, TVs throughout, and a spacious 1,500-square-foot living area.

This area of Orange Beach is away from crowds but a short drive to stores and attractions. Lei Lani has an indoor and outdoor pool, a fishing pier, and an outdoor pool across the street at Lei Lani Village. WiFi is available throughout the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

A/C issues

Before our vacation I saw a review that the a/c didn’t properly cool; I reached out to property mgr and was told it did work. That was half truth— unit does cool BUT it is too small to adequately cool the unit since it is west facing. So if you want to stay in a unit that doesn’t get much below 80-degrees, don’t rent. The unit was not clean and it is worn and old — basic fixture covers not over light bulbs, broken doors, etc. Renter be aware.

Accommodated Everyone, but…..

Outlet cover missing in the master and kids room(called maintenance and they corrected. AC unit could not keep up and condo NEVER got below 75. Master bed needs replaced badly. Patio door in master handle was loose and very hard to open. Pour selection of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Fridge worked good, freezer worked well too. Carpet is in bad shape and needs replaced. On site maintenance guy was a complete ass. We had a RV and there are three spots dedicated for trailers and RV’s. We went to eat out and spots were taken so I parked as close to the wall I could and was not in the way of traffic outgoing or in coming. He pounded extremely loud at 8:00 am and we have kids sleeping in a bit. He was rude and would not listen to reasoning behind why I parked where I parked. I mentioned that the HOA was probably ban them from parking, but at the time of my arrival that was not the case. To say the least we will not be booking at this location on our next trip down.

Dirty, broken doors, furniture, lights, fithy carpet, no security, took cleaning crew 2 tries to clean vomit, vacasa horrible to deal with. Spent 9 days dealing with maintenance crews. I can go on, have lots of pics of this party condo for kids.

Trip for the Grands

It was a good large space. There were a few issues that we told management about. They tried but were unable to fix it during the 3 nights we were there. The issues were: TV problem in 2 of the bedrooms and the shower in the guest bathroom didn't work right so was unusable. We loved the location and the balcony was wonderful with a great view.

Summer Vacation

Overall, we loved our time at this condo. It wasn’t as clean as we’d like when we arrived but it was filthy either. It is a tad outdated but that didn’t bother us. A few things were broken, it was communicated to the manager and hopefully was fixed before the next guests arrived. We loved the loft too. It was great for our teen and preteen to have their own space.

Amazing balcony, great location

This property was at a great location. It was not too busy on the beach. It was so spacious and had more than enough room. Balcony was the best part!! The negatives, only one elevator worked at the condo. King bed was so hard an uncomfortable. Kids didn’t complain about the bed they slept in though. Door handle in master to balcony was broke so we couldn’t go out there without going through the living room and kids knowing. We stayed in April so it was chilly at night, the comforters are thin, if you get cold, bring an extra blanket. Overall the positives outweighed any negatives and we would stay again. Would recommend a mattress topper for the master.
