Additionally, there is a $150 registration fee, $100 deposit for an approved leash, and a $5 service fee to be paid at the Phoenix on the Bay II front desk. The $100 leash fee will be refunded upon return of the leash. Keep your pet on a leash at all times, and remember that pets are not allowed on the beach.
