Not blown away
Not a dump by any means but I've stayed in much nicer places for the money I paid. It was probably a really nice condo at one time but hasn't been kept up as well as it could have been. Floor was filthy, my crawling baby had black knees within minutes of arriving and both tubs had mildew rings. The toilet paper holder was about to pull away from the drywall and the towel hanger fell off several times. The back side of the vanity light had a piece of glass missing which my baby found hidden under a cabinet. The main issue was the hot water ran out after one person showered and then took forever to heat back up. When you have 10 people coming in from the beach ready to shower off it was very inconvenient. My son and nephew tried to sleep on the sleeper sofa and it was busted, the next night we got them an air matress. Washer worked well but dryer took 2 or 3 cycles to dry on medium load but that is kind of to be expected in these places. I did like the layout, very spacious with a great view. Pool and outdoor area were nice. You can't hear anything through the walls. Elevators took forever and one was down frequently but we just took the stairs since we were on the 3rd floor.
