Romar Place #306, a 3 Bedroom 3 Bath condo on the third floor boasting a beautiful, direct view from your spacious, wraparound corner balcony to sip coffee (or your favorite beverage), watch and listen to the waves, and soak in the serenity of the beach. Each cozy bedroom has a private, full bathroom. Wake up to the sun and Gulf Views from the Primary Bedroom hosting a King Bed, Smart TV, and Balcony access. Guest Bedroom #1 holds a Queen Bed and Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 has another Queen Bed, Smart TV, and a private, side balcony. The entire home is updated with cozy decor and comfortable seating in the Living Area with a Large Smart TV and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Gather the whole family around the fully stocked kitchen and dining area to create great meals and talk about the amazing time you are having!

When not hanging out in the home, Romar Place has perfectly appointed amenities including a large, Gulf Front community pool with a tanning ledge, an indoor heated pool with a hot tub, a sauna, a small fitness room, and private access to the best beach in the world! Our beaches have just undergone restoration giving all of us more space for enjoyment!

*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

* All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
