This condo has been completely remodeled with modern furnishings and a splash of tasteful beach decor, wood plank tile throughout, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances! This condo will also grant you access to Tidewater condominiums' shared amenities such as the outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub, gym, and sauna!



What's nearby:

Just steps down the boardwalk on the south side of the condo, take your beach chair and relax on the sandy white beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama! When you aren't on the beach or cooling off in the on-site pools, head into town where you can find a plethora of great shopping spots, delicious restaurants, and fun attractions! You are also only six miles from the Wharf where you can find the AMC 15 movie theater, plenty of great places to eat, nightlife, and one of the tallest Ferris wheels on the Gulf coast!

Not a good experience. The sliding door to the balcony was stuck and would only open a few inches. A maintenance person came after 24 hours and didn’t / couldn’t fix it. The bedroom was so tiny that it was claustrophobic, with very little storage m - not even a chest or dresser. The bathroom was tiny with virtually no counter space. We ended up using the bunk beds in the hallway as a space for all of our stuff that wouldn’t fit in the bedroom or bathroom. Overall, the condo was very clean but seemed very poorly maintained. Would not stay here again.

Condo was comfortable and steps away from the beach!Vacasa was the host of this property - we ended up losing power about 2 hours before checkout. When I called Vacasa to let them know about the condo losing power and how checkout was handled since the elevators weren’t accessible they informed me that 10am checkout was firm. I explained I had heavy items and couldn’t make it down flights of stairs and they were uncooperative. I will never book with Vacasa again if this is how they handle customer service!!

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean and ready when we arrived. Only issue is the lock on the sliding glass door on patio, does not work. There was nothing to lay in tracks so it couldn’t open. Besides that good stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic, and love the first floor and boardwalk. The only thing that turned us off and we couldn't stop talking about was the smell of the couch and chair. We couldn't enjoy sitting on the couch because it smelt very poorly.

Great Condo

Will stay again but BEWARE that the sliding door lock needs attention and I was locked out on the balcony and had to ask someone that was at the pool to come let me in! No potholders in the kitchen. Mattress and sheets are just okay, bath towels were brand new and left me covered in fuzz. There is a noise in the bedroom that I think is coming from the TV box, but the noise is easily drowned out by putting on your favorite YouTube sleep noise. Loved the chaise lounge and high top table on balcony! Loved how Vacasa texted me when the unit was ready (early) and gave me the option for a late check out (small fee)! Tidewater has upgraded the elevators since last year!

We stayed in the same unit last year. The things I reported that needed repaired still needed repaired. The range only had one burner that worked. Curtains on the sliding glass door were dirty and molded on the bottom. We liked Tidewater but not this unit.

Vacation Review

This was our first time staying in Orange beach - we love it! Great condo, clean with amazing view. Easy no hassle check in process. Couch pictured has been changed and isnt comfy, queen ben could be upgraded, curtains have mold on the bottoms, the outdoor lounge chair has mold all over the cushions and the oven door outter piece fell when openeing it and almost hit my shin - had to push the outter panel back into place. This is honest feedback and again we had a great time.

Could have been better....

Overall, the place was OK and enjoyed our stay; however, it was disappointing that not one of the previous concerns raised by other travelers in their reviews (months ago) had been fixed. I even contacted the property manager prior to my stay and said I was reconsidering staying there based on some of the reviews, but they assured me everything had been "taken care of." Well, that simply wasn't true and is an indicator that either the property manager didn't report it, or the property owner simply didn't want to spend a dime to repair the place. Here is a rundown of items mentioned months ago by previous travelers that have not been fixed or repaired: 1. Bi-fold doors in the closet and the washer and dryer are in need of repair 2. Broken stove door 3. A couple inoperable stove burners 4. The curtains covering the sliding doors had significant mold on the bottom 5. Creaky bed in main bedroom Additional items we noted during our trip: 1. Towels need replacement, they were not comfortable for use at all 2. Bed frame on left side of bed is significantly cracked and contributes to loud creaking noise when in bed. This is a safety hazard 3. The refrigerator appliance light is burned out 4. Ice maker does not work properly 5. Front of stove door fell off and almost landed on my foot, safety hazard 6. Sliding door to patio needs lubrication 7. Front door does not close properly, scary 8. Bunk beds covered in some plastic material A little TLC could make this spot a repeat stay.

Beds need to be replaced

The property was clean. Beds are horrible. No sheets for pull out. Had to request a frying pan. Laundry door was slatless at top of left door. Won't rent this property again.
