Great place to stay.

Stayed here many times. Only complaint is that there were no hand towels or washcloths. Other than that, very spacious room and very comfortable beds. Will definitely be coming back.

There were cockroaches in the bedroom and crawling insects in the bathtub and kitchen cabinets . The floor in the hallway looks like it was recently renovate but it was done poorly . This hotel is more like a motel , not hotel quality . Overall , poor properly . I stayed in another best western the week before in Los Angeles and it was beautiful so I was quite disappointed when I got to Anaheim .

Lobby is nice and the breakfast they have is good . I don’t like that they don’t clean your room everyday unless you ask. Also the door seemed to not close properly but the had an extra lock on it so it was ok. I felt comfortable here . I would recommend this place

Staff was helpful when we needed things and we def needed things. Our room was clean but it didn't have a blow dryer. The water pressure for the shower was very low. Make sure to take your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash. And our AC wasn't working very well. We booked our stay for a weekend at Disneyland and before we arrived I called to double check that there would be transportation. I was told all we had to do was request a ride via "A-Way We Go". The first morning it was luck that we were able to request a ride. So many times I checked the app and there were no available rides. The 2 times we were able to use it were by chance...thats more of a third party issue. But, beware. Be prepared to request a Lyft or Uber ride. Its much easier and more reliable. A mall, in n out and a BJs restaurant is about a 20 minute walk. Not too far; but, its a bit of a trek with 3 kids under the age of 10. Overall, it was a place to sleep. It was quiet. Breakfast was included.

Breakfast was plentiful with variety. Room was bigger then expected. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room nightstand was needed to be cleaned and families walking by were loud. I would definitely stay here again
