PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Amazing View Two-bedroom condo, situated in the Oceania Beachfront Condo Resort, offers maximum comfort in a relaxing interior, just a few steps away from Eagle Beach. Enjoy the amazing resort pool and ocean vistas from the balcony, living room, and primary bedroom. The balcony features a 4-seat dining table, 2 chairs with ottomans neatly tucked underneath, and a BBQ grill, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Aruba weather and the views.

The living room includes a 3-seat (queen-size) sofa bed, a TV, and 2 armchairs. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a 6-seat dining table. The laundry closet with a washer and dryer, is in the hallway leading to both bedrooms and bathrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a seating area, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite primary bathroom with a shower. The primary bedroom also has access to the balcony and amazing views. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds, a TV, and a built-in closet. The second bathroom with a shower is in the hallway.

This condo rental has 1,600 sq. ft. of living space. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the condo, a code-lock safe, free parking space, central air conditioning, 3 cable TVs (every bedroom and living room), beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach outings. It can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 beds and a sofa bed. This unit is located in the Arashi building of the Oceania complex, on the third floor.

This unit is conveniently located on the same floor as the Supreme View Two-bedroom condo (A344) and the Paradise View Two-bedroom condo (A346). This setup is ideal for larger groups or families seeking nearby accommodations while enjoying their private condo. Together, these three units provide a total of 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests.
