Located in the heart of the Orient Bay park, the villa "Coquelicot" offers you an ideal location, a few steps from the shops and the magnificent Orient Bay beach. Recently renovated, this house will seduce you with its charm and comfort.

The villa includes a kitchen open to a beautiful living space, where you can relax and enjoy convivial moments. A covered terrace with dining area, a pretty deck and a garden will allow you to relax in the open air, in a pleasant setting.

The villa is fully equipped to offer you all the necessary comfort for a heavenly vacation. You will find air conditioning, a television, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fiber optic internet connection and a cistern to deal with any water shortages.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with its own private shower room. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed (160x200), a dressing room, a terrace and a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190), with shared toilets on the landing. A sofa bed is also available in the living room.

Also appreciate the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental car there in complete safety.
